Using up left over wool

22nd May 2015

Wool leftover from knitting projects or anything else often sits there unused for years; well now why not use it to make pompoms for decorating and embellishing. Any yarn, thick or thin can be used and you probably have a colour which will coordinate with your new project.

A TIP: If unsure how many pompoms can be made with your leftovers, make a few, weigh them using digital kitchen scales, and then weigh the wool to see how many you can make in total.
